Tatuki: Where Stories Are Born

Numi’s Journey and The Imagination Hall

There is a place where stories and children’s bedtime tales are born before they are ever told.

It is a world where imagination, magic, and science live side by side with feelings, values, principles, experiences, and beliefs.

There, even the things that seem impossible to explain can become a story capable of lighting up the night.

That place is called Tatuki.

Tatuki is a small planet located near Alpha Centauri, very, very far from Earth. There, the experiences, emotions, dreams, and imagination of children from all around the world come together and, little by little, transform into new stories.

It is also where children’s beloved toys and plushies live.

Numi in Tatuki surrounded by many different toys and plushies

Because every night, in thousands of homes on Earth, something extraordinary happens.

A child asks to hear a bedtime story.

A father, a mother, a grandfather, a grandmother, or someone dearly loved sits beside them.

For a few minutes, worries pause, voices become softer, and a beautiful expression of love, companionship, and imagination begins.

That magic is born in Tatuki.

But before a toy reaches Tatuki, its story begins on Earth.

When a toy arrives at a child’s home as a gift, it does not yet have the energy needed to make such an extraordinary journey. At first, it remains exactly where everyone can see it: on a bed, on a shelf, inside a basket of toys, or held in the arms of its new friend.

Little by little, the child’s love begins to fill it with energy.

Every hug gives it a tiny spark.

Every game adds a new light.

Every moment together, every smile, and every imagined adventure adds to the energy the toy keeps inside.

With every loving moment, the toy gathers more of the energy it needs.

When it finally gathers enough energy, the toy is ready to make the only journey it will ever take to Tatuki.

Then it crosses space at a speed that breaks through the speed-of-light barrier.

A luminous trail crossing space faster than the speed of light toward Tatuki

In that instant, one of the most astonishing phenomena in the universe of Tatuki takes place:

the Luminous Duplication.

The toy does not become two different beings.

It remains the same beloved friend, connected by the same memories.

Its luminous presence travels to Tatuki with all the energy it has gathered.

Its earthly presence remains on Earth, beside the child who loves it.

A plushie’s luminous presence crossing toward Tatuki while its earthly presence stays beside the child

The duplication and the journey consume an enormous amount of energy. That is why the presence that remains on Earth becomes still and silent. It cannot speak or move as it does in Tatuki, but it continues to accompany its friend.

It stays by the child’s side during playtime.

It takes part in their imaginary adventures.

It listens to their laughter.

It keeps them company when they need calm, safety, or comfort.

It is not there to watch over them.

It is there because it is their friend.

The child’s love and affection continue to feed the energy of that earthly presence and keep the bond between both parts of the same toy alive.

In Tatuki, something different happens.

The light and special energy of the planet strengthen those who arrive there. That is why, in Tatuki, toys can walk, talk, sing, play, and gather with friends who have come from other homes on Earth.

Plushies traveling into Tatuki and arriving in its glowing landscape

And Numi is there to welcome them.

Numi is small, gentle, and full of wonder. His eyes are bright, as if they had learned to listen. He is curious like a child, careful like a guardian, and quiet like someone who knows that every memory matters.

He is the caretaker, collector, and messenger of the stories of Tatuki.

He listens carefully to every toy, because he knows that even the smallest memory may one day become an extraordinary tale.

The toys gather with Numi in a beautiful park filled with glowing trees, colorful flowers, and gentle paths that look as if they had been drawn by starlight.

As they play, sing, and share joyful moments, they speak about the happiest and most wonderful moments they have shared with their friends on Earth.

Plushies sharing their happiest memories with Numi in a glowing park

They remember the games.

The imaginary adventures.

The discoveries.

The laughter.

The acts of kindness.

The moments when they learned to share, forgive, help, or be brave.

The toys do not tell family secrets.

And they never bring Numi a child’s private worries or the conversations that belong to each home.

Children’s worries are for their parents and loved ones to help them through. They are the ones who, with love and wisdom, decide how best to guide and support them, and who else, if anyone, should be involved when needed.

Numi does not replace that responsibility.

His mission is to gather the imagination, values, happy memories, and adventures that come to life while children play with their toys.

As the toys speak, their memories begin to float through the air like tiny drops of dew and little lights of color.

Numi gathers them carefully and places them inside a Story Sphere, a small crystal sphere he always carries with him.

Numi holding a glowing Story Sphere in his hands

At first, the Story Sphere seems empty.

Then, little clouds of color begin to form inside. They move softly around one another, following a calm and harmonious dance.

Every memory adds a new color.

Every emotion creates a different light.

Every imagined adventure makes the clouds grow and transform.

Little by little, tiny sparks appear, soft arcs of energy, and delicate lights that travel through the inside of the crystal.

When the Story Sphere begins to shine with its own light, Numi knows it is completely full.

A new Story Sphere has been born.

Numi takes it carefully in his hands and walks toward one of the most wonderful places in Tatuki:

The Imagination Hall.

Numi entering The Imagination Hall carrying a Story Sphere

The Imagination Hall is not only a hall.

Nor is it only a workshop, a laboratory, or a factory of stories.

It is all of that.

And something more.

It is the place where imagination is heard.

Where memories learn to shine.

Where colors, values, characters, and dreams come together to find the story a child somewhere needs to hear.

As Numi enters, he sees an immense space, so large that its walls seem to have no end.

The air is deep blue, warm gold, and soft night.

High above, quiet lights drift like sleeping stars.

Golden particles float gently, as if the room itself were breathing.

The immense interior of The Imagination Hall, deep blue and warm gold

And in the distance rises a gigantic wall, luminous and silent.

It does not look like a shelf.

It does not look like a storage room.

It feels like a living library of light.

Thousands and thousands of Story Spheres rest there, arranged in long rows. Some hold memories of friendship. Others hold adventures, distant worlds, talking animals, stars, oceans, castles, spaceships, or little characters still waiting to live their very first story.

That great wall has a name:

The Everglow Wall.

The toys call it that because, even when The Imagination Hall sleeps in silence, a soft glow always remains within it, as if all the stories in the world were dreaming at the same time.

The Everglow Wall holding thousands of glowing Story Spheres

Numi steps closer and places the new Story Sphere in its place.

The sphere fits gently into the wall.

For a moment, it remains still.

Then it gives off a small glow.

As if The Everglow Wall were welcoming it home.

Numi placing a Story Sphere into The Everglow Wall

Every Story Sphere is connected to delicate crystal tubes called Crystal Veins.

The Crystal Veins run across The Everglow Wall like transparent veins filled with imagination. Some descend in gentle lines. Others cross from one side to the other. Others join great crystal columns that rise through The Imagination Hall from the floor to the very top.

But ordinary light does not travel through the Crystal Veins.

Clouds of color travel through them.

Bright particles.

Living sparks.

They are story data.

Not the kind of data a machine reads as numbers, but data that appears as colors, emotions, characters, values, places, and tiny possibilities waiting to find where they belong.

The network of Crystal Veins carrying clouds of color through The Imagination Hall

All the Crystal Veins lead toward the center of The Imagination Hall, where they connect to a great crystal sphere resting on the ground among transparent columns.

It makes no sound.

It does not move.

But everyone in Tatuki knows that, when a signal arrives from Earth, that sphere can awaken.

It is called The StoryHeart.

The StoryHeart is under Numi’s care.

It is the heart of The Imagination Hall.

A great crystal heart resting on its base, filled with fine lines, tiny constellations, soft clouds, and quiet sparks waiting in the dark.

It is the place where memories, values, characters, and imagination come together to become a true story.

The StoryHeart, a great crystal sphere resting among transparent columns

But The StoryHeart does not awaken on its own.

For a new story to be born, a request must first arrive from Earth.

Very far from Tatuki, when a family wishes to receive a bedtime story, a father, a mother, a grandfather, a grandmother, or someone dearly loved sends a special signal toward the stars.

That signal contains only the information the family has chosen to share: the child’s name, age, the city where they live, the things they love, the values the family wants to encourage, the kind of story they’d like, and when they’d like it to arrive.

The signal does not contain family secrets.

It does not contain private conversations.

It does not contain anything the family has not chosen to send.

The message crosses the darkness of space at the speed of light.

And it carries something more than information.

It carries an intention.

The intention to give a child a moment of love, connection, and peace before sleep.

The WonderLight Tower rising above Tatuki like a palace of light

High above Tatuki stands The WonderLight Tower.

It is a tall, beautiful crystal tower, rising over Tatuki like a palace of light. Its walls seem to hold reflections of sunrises and starry nights.

At the very top of The WonderLight Tower, The Listening Antenna always looks toward Earth.

The Listening Antenna at the top of The WonderLight Tower, turned toward Earth

When a signal draws near, something begins to happen at the base of the tower.

A small crystal arm slowly awakens.

First, it turns once.

Then it turns again.

Then it turns a little faster.

And then it gently touches a tiny bell.

Ting.

The sound travels down the tower.

Ting.

It passes through the glowing crystals.

Ting.

And reaches The Imagination Hall.

The crystal bells of The Imagination Hall ringing as a signal arrives

Numi lifts his gaze.

The toys fall silent for a moment.

The Everglow Wall seems to breathe with a barely visible glow.

A new request has arrived from Earth.

Numi knows that somewhere, very far from Tatuki, a family is waiting for a story.

So he walks toward a great crystal screen suspended in the air.

It is called The Crystal Arrival Screen.

It is not an ordinary screen.

Inside it, there is no ink and no paper. Nor do letters appear as they do on screens on Earth.

Within it float soft clouds, lines of light, tiny glowing numbers, and small sparks that move as if they were arranging a dream.

The Crystal Arrival Screen works like a magical arrival board.

But it does not announce airplanes.

It announces stories that are about to be born.

A cloud of color appears at the center of the screen.

Upon it, delicate cursive letters begin to write themselves.

First, the child’s name appears.

Then, the city where the child lives.

Then, the things the child loves.

Below that appear the values the family wants to encourage.

And finally, the type of story and the time they wish to receive it.

Numi reads every word carefully.

He does not hurry.

He knows that every detail matters.

He knows that a bedtime story is more than an adventure.

It is a gentle voice.

It is time together.

It is a bridge between the day that is ending and the dream that is beginning.

The toys have shared their memories.

The Everglow Wall holds thousands of possibilities.

The Crystal Arrival Screen has shown the family’s request.

Now Numi must bring everything together.

Numi searching The Everglow Wall among thousands of Story Spheres

He walks toward The StoryHeart.

Beside the great central sphere, there is a red button, round and bright, shaped like a mushroom.

It is called The Dreamfall Button.

Numi never presses it just for fun.

Never just because he’s in a hurry.

He presses it only when the right story is ready to awaken.

He places his hand on The Dreamfall Button.

He takes a deep breath.

And presses it.

The StoryHeart awakening as a new story takes shape inside it

In that instant, The Imagination Hall awakens.

The Everglow Wall begins to glow softly.

One Story Sphere lights up.

Then another.

And another.

Little by little, many spheres awaken, each one offering something different.

From within them, small clouds of color, luminous particles, and living sparks begin to flow through the Crystal Veins.

Those clouds are not simple colors.

They are living story data.

Each color represents a different characteristic.

A value.

An emotion.

A character.

A place.

An adventure.

A lesson.

A tiny narrative possibility that may become part of the tale.

Some clouds carry courage.

Others carry tenderness.

Others hold friendship, joy, curiosity, forgiveness, responsibility, imagination, or love.

The sparks have a special mission.

They don’t just light the way.

They also give life to the story.

They are tiny sparks that awaken movement, emotion, and soul within the tale being born.

The clouds of color, the sparks, and the luminous particles travel through the Crystal Veins.

They slide through the crystal tubes.

They cross the transparent channels.

They rise through the columns.

And finally, they reach The StoryHeart.

Inside the great central sphere, a luminous whirlwind begins to form.

The colors swirl.

The clouds weave through one another.

The sparks appear and disappear like tiny stars.

The characters begin to find their place.

The settings begin to take shape.

The values settle gently into the story.

At first, everything moves with great energy.

Then, little by little, the movement becomes slower.

Softer.

More harmonious.

As if a peaceful breeze were moving through The StoryHeart.

Numi watches in silence.

He waits.

He knows that stories should not be forced.

They must find their own rhythm.

Then, in the middle of the great sphere, a warm glow appears.

The story is almost ready.

Numi takes a new empty Story Sphere and carefully connects it to The StoryHeart.

The new story begins to flow into it.

First, a small cloud of color appears.

Then another.

Then new colors emerge, bright particles, and gentle sparks.

Little by little, the sphere no longer seems empty.

Inside the crystal, the clouds settle.

The colors find their place.

The sparks slowly begin to shine.

And when the story is complete, the new Story Sphere lights up from within with a warm, soft, living glow.

That final light is not the beginning of the process.

It is the sign that the story is ready.

Close-up of the completed Story Sphere glowing from within

Numi takes the Story Sphere in his hands.

Inside it rests a story chosen especially for that child, for that night, and for that very moment.

Numi beginning the journey to deliver the Story Sphere to Earth

Then Numi sends it back to Earth.

The story travels across the stars until it reaches the father, the mother, the grandfather, the grandmother, or the loved one who asked for it.

And then, in a quiet room, the true magic begins.

The family opens the story.

Someone the child loves sits beside them and begins to read in a gentle voice.

Together, they meet new characters.

They travel through impossible places.

They discover that kindness, courage, forgiveness, responsibility, faith, and love can be found even in the smallest choices.

During those minutes, worries stay outside.

The child listens to the story.

But the child also listens to a familiar voice that brings comfort and safety.

The child feels they are not alone.

The child knows they are loved.

When the story ends, the loved one who read it hugs the child and gives the child a blessing in God’s name.

Then, they kiss the child softly on the forehead and leave the room quiet and peaceful.

One by one, the lights in the house go out.

The toy remains beside the child, still, silent, and faithful, keeping them company throughout the night.

And from somewhere among the stars, Numi watches as the last light in the room goes out.

Before closing the doors of The Imagination Hall, he smiles and whispers:

“Sweet dreams. Tomorrow I will return from Tatuki with a new story to share.”

Then, the Story Spheres slowly dim their glow.

The clouds of color rest inside their crystals.

The StoryHeart grows still.

The Everglow Wall sleeps in silence.

The Crystal Arrival Screen fades softly away.

And Tatuki becomes quiet, waiting for a new night to begin on Earth.
